KLMCC and World Trade Institute (WTI) has designed 3 courses in November exclusively designed to enhance the understanding of the participants on the consequences deriving from the liberalization of the service sector in Malaysia and abroad.
Courses details are as below:
- Dealing with Offensive and defensive Interests In Malaysia's International Commitments In Trade In Services (2 - 3 Nov 2009)
- Liberalizing The Malaysian Services Sector and Accessing Foreign Markets (5 - 6 Nov 2009)
- Branding and Intellectual Property In Trade In Services (10 - 11 Nov 2009)
During the programme the participants has been equipped with the business skills necessary to defend their position in the domestic market against incoming foreign competition. Furthermore, the course has discussed the opportunities originated from the liberalization of services in major foreign countries and explain strategies Malaysian service providers should adopt in order to benefit from foreign service sector liberalization and thus conquer foreign market.
