Koperasi Pendidikan Islam Malaysia (Ukhwah) and a collaboration with Kedai Kek Bukit Idaman is organizing a one-day workshop on baking cakes and biscuits. Types of cakes and biscuits to cover (subject to changes) :-

  • Chocolate Moist cake
  • Carrot cake
  • Casnut Ball biscuits
  • Jejari Mas biscuits
  • Night Dom biscuits
  • Almond Crispy biscuits
  • Samperit biscuits

Details of the workshop are as below :-

Date : 7/8/2010 , Saturday

Time : 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

Venue : Kedai Kek Bukit Idaman, No 17, Jalan Bukit Idaman 8/1, Taman Bukit Idaman, Selayang

Fees : RM 120.00 (Meals are not inclusive)

Others : Open and limited to 20 females only. Certificates of attendance will be given to participants.
