President's Message Let me start by welcoming you on board the KLMCC's Business Delegation to London. It is good to see you have taken the opportunity to be part of the KLMCC team. As you are all aware, the primary aim of this delegation is to enhance business opportunities and networking with our counterparts in the UK in general and London in particular. Our itinery has been arranged keeping the above objectives in mind. Among the activities scheduled are the seminar on "Business Opportunities in Malaysia" organized by MITI and meetings with organizations like the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) ,National Halal Food Group, British Malaysian Society (BMS), Overseas Malaysian Executive Council (OMEC) and Bumiputera Business Group in UK. We would also be making a trip to the LimKokWing University and make a courtesy call on HE The Malaysian High Commisioner to London. The highlight of our visit would be the finalized of an MOU with the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). By this MOU which I believe will open the doors of opportunity to do business not only in London and the UK but also as a gateway to the EU. A lot of effort has been taken to put this programmed together. It is imperative each and every one of you utilize every chance you have, to bring to fruition the opportunities created by your interaction with your counterparts in London. I must take this opportunity to thank a few who went out of the way to help us on this trip. First and foremost, my deepest gratitude to Datuk Seri Kallimullah Hasan, the Chairman of Air Asia X, who made it possible to for us to travel to London as a group. My thanks also to Datuk Azman Harun of Holiday Villa who accommodated our request for block booking of rooms for our stay in London. My appreciation also to Mr. Abu Bakar Koyakutty of MATRADE London, without whose tireless effort, this trip would not have been possible. I wish you all the very best for this trip to London and I hope this would be the start of a long and fruitful business relationship with your counterparts in the UK. Bon Voyage. Thank you. ADJ.
